01 Where We Ship

All serviceable PIN codes across India. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe on the Website to be notified.

02 Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Dispatch within 48 hours (working days) of payment confirmation, or of COD confirmation, from Hyderabad.
• Delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch; metro cities are usually faster, remote areas may take up to 10 days.
• Delays due to weather, strikes, festivals or courier issues are outside our control, but we will keep you informed.

03 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹399 and above.
• Flat ₹49 shipping charge on orders below ₹399.
• Cash on Delivery is available on orders of ₹500 and above.
• Charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

04 Tracking

A tracking link is sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email on dispatch. You can also use Track My Order on the Website.

05 At Delivery

• An OTP or signature may be required to complete delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the address.
• Goods received by a family member, neighbour or security guard at your address are treated as delivered to you.
• Please check the outer packaging before accepting. If it is torn, resealed or tampered with, refuse the parcel and inform us.
• Report damage, shortage or wrong items within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos (see Return Policy). We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

06 Undelivered or Returned Parcels

• If a parcel returns to us because you were unavailable or the address was incomplete, we will contact you; re-shipping may attract a fresh shipping charge.
• Returned COD orders are re-shipped only as prepaid orders.
